Position- Internal Sales Representative

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Achievement of daily sales / profit targets.

• To ensure the daily administrative tasks are processed.

• To ensure that Metraclark’s image is maintained and promoted within the market.

• Liaison with existing customers/suppliers in a manner in which would further promote the profitability of the branch.

• To provide customers with technical support with respect to products.

• To focus on the long-term growth and profitability of the branch, and achieve budgets as agreed with the Manager.

• To build sound relationships with quality customers to facilitate the longer-term growth in the order book of the branch.

• Promoting Metraclark customer card to customers and card activations.

• Promoting Metraclark ecommerce and online platform.

• Daily cash up and any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.

• Daily POD scanning.

• Compliance to all Company Policies and Procedures.

• SHEQ Compliance

Job Requirements:

• Compulsory: Matric or NQF Level 4 Equivalent

• Technical Experience – Refrigeration and Air-conditioning equipment will be an advantage

• Two years or more active Internal Sales Experience

• Physical ability to handle stock

• Computer Literacy – Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Syspro

• Experience in a Wholesale or Retail environment
